Development Officer Gloria Malcolm (Grant Applications, Business Planning, Evaluation & Asset Transfer) will be joined by Development Officer Aileen Longino (Social Enterprise) and Aberdeenshire Council for this session looking at childcare within the community. The session will cover guidance on setting up (SCIO/CIC etc), governance, Care Inspectorate processes and timeframes, business planning, grants and cashflow forecasting.
