Business Planning Support
At AVA, we recognise that writing a Business Plan, whether as a general aim or in support of a more strategic purpose such as a grant application or application for Community Asset Transfer/Community Right to Buy, can be a daunting prospect. AVA staff can provide a business plan template specifically designed to meet the needs of voluntary organisations. We can provide advice and support through the initial construction of a Business Plan, and independent, constructive feedback on an existing Business Plan with the relevant operational or strategic aim in mind. You can find Hints & Tips on writing a Business Plan below.
If you would like to receive support from AVA, or a copy of the AVA Business Plan Template, please fill out this form, selecting the relevant option in the 'type of support' section.
